Addition of qualified condition will allow veterans and others suffering from PTSD access to natural treatment option
NEW YORK, Nov. 11, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- New York-based Columbia Care applauds Governor Andrew Cuomo for signing Assembly Bill A7006/Senate Bill S5629 adding Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) as a qualifying condition eligible for care under the state's medical marijuana program.
