The new dispensary, located at 765 Kidder Street in Wilkes-Barre, opened today, December 3, 2018. The location is Columbia Care’s second dispensary serving qualifying patients in Pennsylvania, following the Scranton dispensary which opened in April 2018, giving Columbia Care a leadership position in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
